Tasting notes

Like a gorgeous Japanese painting with various cherry blossoms blooming. The shade is
radiant salmon pink. There are nuances of strawberries, cherries, pink pepper and ginger on the
palette, and the taste is off-dry and fresh acid and fruit. It’s a rose wine that snuggles with any
food in different scenes, as well as the season of seeing flowers.

Food pairing

Smoked salmon carpaccio, tomato jelly, plush, shimmering canapés, eggplant escabeche,
spring rolls, cherry shrimp fried, Hiroshima style okonomiyaki, fried chicken and peppers
cashew nuts, fried shrimp eggs

Winemaking

Uses organically grown grapes from Nagano, Gunma, Yamanashi, Yamagata, Tochigi, and
Hokkaido Prefectures.
