Winemaking
Domaine Nakajima is a small, family-run natural-wine producer founded in 2014 by Yutaka Nakajima in Tomi City, part of Nagano’s Chikuma River Valley. The estate farms without pesticides or chemical fertilizers and ferments with wild yeast, using minimal mechanical/electrical intervention; wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. The Table Wine series supplements the small estate-grown lots (Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and newer Pinot Noir/Chardonnay plots in the Mido district) with grapes sourced from trusted local growers.
