Winemaking
The grapes are organically grown in our own vineyards. We select only the ripest grapes from each bunch and harvest them. The grapes are hand-stemmed and placed in stainless tanks. They are left to macerate in stainless steel tanks for 29 days and then lightly pressed with a balloon press. After pressing, the grapes are left to rest for one day before bottling.
