Tasting notes
A gently sparkling white built around Shine Muscat, with sweet muscat grape aromas and citrus notes. A portion of the grapes is frozen and concentrated before blending in, giving the wine extra depth and richness so the flavor doesn’t feel one-dimensional.
Food pairing
Aperitif, light fruit desserts, and fresh, simple seafood dishes.
Winemaking
Petit Petit (プチプチ) is Domaine Nakajima’s playful, muscat-driven pétillant. Grapes are gently pressed and left to ferment naturally; a portion is frozen and concentrated first to add richness before blending. The wine finishes its fermentation in bottle, giving it its gentle sparkle, and is bottled without added sulphites.
